BIO:
Stephanie Whitaker grew up with a passion for the imaginative. She began as an artist, drawing, and painting. College was the obvious next step and Stephanie dove into it with gusto, receiving a degree in Graphic Design from International Business College in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She quickly found that Graphic Design was not enough to contain her imaginative spirit and began creating fictional worlds, and inspiring characters in young adult stories. Stephanie enjoys leaving the real world behind to join her characters on epic journeys that are sure to inspire with unexpected twists and the occasional red Ford Mustang tossed into most of her stories in honor of her father. She has a growing platform on Instagram and Twitter, where she took part in #WriterInMotion and won a professional editorial critique in the #RevPit event February 2019 from R.R. Campbell. When Stephanie isn?t writing, she can be found with her nose in a book, gardening, or outdoors enjoying nature with her family. (or possibly eating TACOS with her writer in motion friends!)

Complete and utter non-sense most of the time. Just kidding. I write young adult fantasy with a touch of romance. Basically anything my crazy imagination can come up with... I write.
CURRENT PROJECT:
I'm writing a mash-up of two genres based off one of my daughter's favorite childhood movies and at my son's request, vampires. The title is Defying Gravity.
